Why are few diamonds available on Feed but not on my website?

Not all diamonds in inventory are available through our feeds due to supplier exclusivity agreements and regional restrictions. Therefore, some diamonds visible directly on Feed may not be available on your website.

How to manage the diamond filters?

The diamond filters can be managed through the feed center. If you want to show or hide any filters, you can contact the sales team and purchase Show/Hide filters add on.

How can I remove diamonds from my website?

You can use Feed Center and filters to exclude specific diamonds or types of inventory from your website.

How can I manage markups for the diamonds and gemstones?

The markups are available to manage from the Feed Center → Go to Feed Center → Select the diamond or gemstone type → Click Set Markup

The app adds a draft placeholder diamond that is not visible on your storefront. Do not remove it to keep the ring builder working properly.

The Sales Dashboard gives you an overview of your Ring Builder performance, including stones sold, selling price, profit, stones in the Ring Builder, stones in the cart, and total available stones. You can also view profit trends and filter performance data by 7 days, 28 days, or 3 months.
